Supported by Georgia Lines
We’re honoured to announce Aotearoa music icon Bic Runga as the headlining act for the Hamilton Arts Festival Toi Ora ki Kirikiriroa 2024!
With songs like Sway, Drive, Listening to the Weather and Something Good cemented in the canon of Kiwi music, Bic Runga is that rare artist that needs no introduction. Simply put, if you were living in New Zealand in the late ’90s and early ’00s, you will know and love the music of Bic Runga.
A testament to her incredible artistry, Bic has just been awarded the prestigious Icon Award by Rolling Stone, recognising her incredible achievements over the course of her career.
Joined by a phenomenal live band and supported by award-winning Georgia Lines. Bic will perform a very special outdoor sunset session on the Rhododendron Lawn, playing songs from across her repertoire.
Special guest Georgia Lines, with her unique R&B-tinged pop, has seen her sell out shows in New Zealand and reach a global audience. With Spotify plays surging to a remarkable 7 million, she is an artist to watch.
